Delivery Areas and Time

As we are still in the trial phase, we will focus on serving specific areas.

 

🕰️ Delivery Time

Monday to Friday (1 PM - 6 PM) Delivery times will be arranged based on the daily route, and delivery order is not prioritized.

📍 Delivery Area

Currently, our delivery service covers the following areas:

  • San Mateo County: Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Pacifica, Millbrae, Burlingame, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City, Woodside, Atherton, Menlo Park
  • Santa Clara County: Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Alviso, Campbell, Los Gatos, Milpitas, San Jose
  • Alameda County: Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward

⚠️ Some areas in Pacifica and Woodside are not fully covered at the moment; delivery is limited to designated areas. Please refer to the map on the order page for details.

We will gradually expand our delivery coverage in the future. Please stay tuned for the latest updates.

📍 Pick-up Point

Due to current limitations in our local delivery coverage, we have set up a pick-up point in FiDi, San Francisco, for the convenience of those working in the area.

Address: 120 Montgomery, San Francisco, CA 94104
Hours: Monday to Friday (12 PM - 4 PM)

📝 Delivery Notes

Address Information

Please ensure that the shipping address is filled in correctly.
If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, the associated costs will be borne by the customer.

Remarks

If you have a gate code, parking instructions, or other special requests, please fill them in clearly in the remarks section to ensure smooth delivery by the driver.

Stay in Touch

Please keep your phone accessible on the day of delivery.
If the driver calls 3 times and is unable to reach the customer, or waits for more than 5 minutes upon arrival and cannot complete the delivery, the customer will be responsible for a second delivery fee.
